Paul Corrie’s modern twist on traditional
design has caught the attention of Washington, DC’s urban
style-setters. Mixing furnishings that are old and new, Corrie
creates interiors that have a warm, familiar feel.
“There are a lot of very elegant homes in Washington, DC. They’re
classics. I think I’m influenced a lot by that. My
designs are more contemporary, but I always like to pull in simple,
timeless furnishings with clean lines.”
In 2008, Home & Design magazine called him “a
rising star,” and
in 2009, he was named one of Metropolitan
Home’s favorite
young designers. His work also has been featured in
the DC Design House, Washington Spaces magazine
and HGTV's "Small
Space Big Style".
